Islamabad United: Shadab Khan, Asif Ali, Mohammad Wasim Jnr, Azam Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Abrar Ahmed.

Karachi Kings: Haider Ali, Shoaib Malik, Mir Hamza, Sharjeel Khan, Qasim Akram, Matthew Wade, James Vince, and Tayyab Tahir.

Lahore Qalandars: Rashid Khan, Haris Rauf, Shaheen Shah Afridi, David Wiese, Abdullah Shafique, Harry Brook, Zaman Khan, Fakhar Zaman.

Multan Sultans: Mohammad Rizwan, Khushdil Shah, Shan Masood, Shahnawaz Dahani, Tim David, Abbas Afridi, Ihsanullah, David Miller, Usama Mir.

HBL PSL 9 Draft 2024

Four hundred ninety-three players from full members and associated countries registered in the player selection. There were 81 in the Diamond category and 29 in the Platinum category. 

The nationalities with the highest likelihood of participating are England (140), Sri Lanka (60), Afghanistan (43), the West Indies (38), Bangladesh (28), South Africa (25), Australia (14), Zimbabwe (11), and Ireland (9) (nine).

At the platinum tier, organizations can retain their most valuable athletes. Other PSL players, including Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, Shadab Khan, Muhammad Nawaz, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Rashid Khan, will remain in this category.

Players who performed admirably for their respective teams in the recently concluded Pakistan Super League will be prioritized on this roster of assets each team aspires to retain. Since no team wishes to lose a star player, the following is a list of those that each team intends to maintain.
